Double Room wanted in Brunswick/ Hove

Hi SpareRoom!

I’m Luke, a 33 year old Project Manager for a tech company. I’ve just sold my flat in Portsmouth, and I’m looking to move back to Brighton in the next few weeks.

I’m looking for a double room, ideally in a sociable, shared household, in the Brunswick / Hove area. Budget is very flexible, what’s important to me is the right housemate(s), and the property location.

I currently work from home, but once our London office reopens in June I’ll be commuting into London once or twice a week. Outside of work, I want my new housemates to become good friends, as it’s such a better sharing experience that way! I’ve owned a flat for nearly 5 years, but lived in shared accommodation for 8 years prior to that, so I’m fully used to treating places with care & respect, and I’m really clean & tidy.

I enjoy technology, cooking, reading, history, HBO, socialising with new friends and old, spending time at the beach, and putting the world to rights over a few jars & glasses. I’m also a keen cyclist and love spending time outdoors, so ideally there’d be room for me to store my bike 😊.
