Young Professional Looks For New Place To Live

I'm a professional working in Corporate, office based 5 days a week and i'm in the lookout for a spare room not too far transport-wise wise to elephant and castle, from start or mid-January.

I'm looking for a cozy double bedroom, preferably in a house with garden or very close to nice parks, within 30/50 minutes of commute to Elephant and Castle. I come house trained, clean, bubbly, I have few plants, i go to the gym, I love watching movies, reading, I crochet and play the guitar very rarely, I'm very creative and full of energy. Looking for a place I can call home and feel safe in, with lovely people that respect privacy, tidy, but also love a movie night, boardgame night, and a chat with some wine.
