Looking for possible buddy up with another parent

Hi, I am looking at my options when it comes to living arrangements.

I'm interested in possibly buddying up with another single parent or sharing with someone who doesn't mind a 3 year old girl staying over twice a week. She is gorgeous, fun & sweet, no trouble and a great sleeper.

I am a former partnerships marketing manager, and ex-street food & event catering entrepreneur, and in last couple of years have started work in new career in the UK Energy Infrastructure sector.

My little girl is in North Finchley (3 years old) and am looking for somewhere to stay reasonably local (North Finchley, Woodside Park, East Finchley, Finchley Central, Muswell Hill, Highgate, Mill Hill, Barnet)

I am not from the area originally but still would like to be social. I like the usual: sports (I like to gym - not enough, I play pickleball, I do boxing training, and I also have a season ticket at Premier League club Brentford), pubs, various different types of music, good films, food (eating out and cooking), and before my daughter came along extensive travel; but I am certainly a lot more reserved than I used to be so the big nights out are rare but still occasionally.

I also might add that I am clean, tidy and considerate.
