Couple seeking flat - rent upfront & guarantor

We’re a friendly couple looking for a 1 or 2-bedroom flat or home (no house shares) near Exeter city centre, with a budget of up to £950pcm.

I work full-time as a finance assistant, earning £30,000 per year, and my partner is a recent graduate who is currently working as a sole trader over the summer, helping with events. He also receives universal credit, PIP, and housing benefit (£1,700 per month, with housing benefit set to increase) while actively looking for jobs in the chemistry field. Together, our combined monthly income is £3,643.

We can offer 3–4 months’ rent upfront plus deposit, and a guarantor if required. We’re tidy, non-smokers, and would take great care of any home we live in.
