Short stay room

Looking for a short stay room for a month between 1st February -1 st March
Preferably no deposit option
My lease ended early and looking for somewhere to stay before relocating abroad in Spring
Important: strictly no drugs, non smoking environment, must be quiet after 11pm on weeknights
Would prefer female environment or mixed houseshare
Room must be reasonably warm with central heating and not damp

Me:
I am into alternative style and music (goth since 1990s), love history and treasure hunting, archaeology, arts, music, hiking, nature, swimming and crafts.

I am a french expat who has lived in the UK for 16 years + on settled status.
