Hi, I'm Alex, and I'm a mature and reliable professional starting a new job at Cambridge University in February. I'm keen to move to Cambridge in early January to secure a good accommodation.

I'm a highly respectful, tidy, and considerate person who always pays rent on time and takes pride in keeping a living space clean and organised. Most days I'll be working, and when I am home, I tend to keep to myself in my own space. I'm ideally seeking a calm and comfortable environment where I can relax and recharge.

While I am definitely not a party person, I am very friendly and approachable; I value a considerate atmosphere and am always happy to share a chat or a cup of tea. I enjoy art, music, reading, and discovering new coffee shops in my free time.

I'm open to different accommodation types, though a small studio for extra independence would be a preference. That said, I'd happily consider a friendly flatshare or house share if the right opportunity comes along.
