Mature Male seeks a single or double room

I am a professional person who is looking to rent a single or double bedroom for myself but I can also bring people I know for the rest of the rooms if you have more than one unrented. I am planning to spend £350PCM, bills included. I have recently got a temporary place to stay but this is for the short run and I will need to find a good place to stay for the long run.

I’m a very tidy, quiet, and respectful person and would like to live with people having similar personalities. To maintain the house clean, I prefer to live with a maximum of 2 or 3 tenants in the house. If you are messy and cannot maintain the house in good condition even after you found it clean, please do not send me a message. I love meeting new people from all backgrounds, nationalities, and races. I always embrace diversity and will be comfortable living with anyone who respects those values.

Please drop me a message if you have a house/property ONLY for a maximum of three tenants for the long term. Any place in or close to Birmingham City center is preferred.
