I am looking to rent a room in a mature household, I work a lot, volunteer and am currently studying to complete my yoga teacher training course. So I am sociable, but love walking my dog and exercising, so im not up for drinking loads or late nights. I'm happy to keep out of your way also.
I am in the Philippines in September so am moving out of current house end of August, I can get a really good reference from current lettings agent.
I am looking for a room now to downsize so I can save, but have been at my current property 5 years.
