Looking for a studio or a double with ensuite :)

Hello everyone,

I'm Idoia, 30 years old, and working as an assistant editor in film and TV. I am currently searching for a new place to live (long-term) and that I can also call home.

Here are the specifics of what I'm looking for:

Place:

I'm looking for a spacious studio or a spacious double bedroom with an ensuite (preferably a loft style with ample storage).

Initially, I'm looking for a place to live by myself (that is the preference), but given the current market conditions, I'm open to the idea of keep sharing with flatmates (only 1 or 2 people at most please).

Move-In Date:

I'm super flexible but I am hoping to move in ASAP. Late August at the latest.

Areas:

I'm also quite flexible, but some of my favourite areas include North (Camden / Kentish Town), East (Forest Gate / Stratford), West (Hammersmith / Ealing Broadway), and South (Wimbledon / Tooting / Richmond / Chiswick / Turnham Green).

Of course, I'm open to any other areas as well as I appreciate that my budget might not meet the criteria to rent something within those specific areas.

Transport:

Since I work in Soho, a good commute to Central London is essential. Ideally, I'm looking for a place that is less than an hour away from Central, with a preference for 30-40 minutes. While I prefer the tube, I'm also open to trains or overground options but tube is the preference.

Price Range:

* Spacious Studio or 1 Bed: £1100 - £1300 (bills included).
* Spacious double bedroom with ensuite: £850 - £1050 (bills included).

I can be flexible and stretch a bit more for the right place but not much more than that (and, of course, less is always ideal 😂).

Please do not offer me things that are double/triple the price I am offering.

No sublets, agencies, agents or scams (preferably tenants or flatmates getting in touch).
