37 yr old female looking for a cosy home

Thanks for stopping by to check out my profile. Appreciate that the market is crazy and there’s probably a million people to choose from but please give the below a read 😊

I’ve been staying in Hereford for a while but it’s too remote for me at the moment which is why I’m looking to move back.

A bit about me:

- I’m Alex (Al), 37, single female.

- I work as a Legal Assistant in child protection. I tend to go into the office twice a week & wfh the rest. Would be amazing to have somewhere other than my bedroom to work from when at home but not an absolute must

- I volunteer and do casual paid work at Holly Hedge (dog and cat rescue/sanctuary). Brings me a lot of joy. Tends to be 1 eve a week & 1 day at a weekend (plans dependent).

I am a warm and friendly person. I’d say I’m more of an introvert than an extrovert as in I’m bubbly and like a natter but prefer a few close friends, very happy in my own company/independent and not a party animal in my old age. I love coffee, cafe culture, going for dinner with pals, walks/hikes, yoga, the gym, reading, skin care, binge watching documentaries, volunteering, wholesome stuff. I would love the odd night on the sofa with housemates, outings for a yoga class, coffees, walks etc and up for doing things together but I’m really independent so love my own space and more than happy to take myself off to my room, spend time alone and don’t expect to live in someone’s pocket 😊.

I love and appreciate a clean and tidy home - this is important to me and it would be great to find likeminded housemates. I like to know I’m coming home to a little sanctuary. You won’t ever need to remind me to clean or do my bit - I pride myself on being a really thoughtful and considerate housemate in all areas.

I’m an early to bed with a cuppa kind of girl (most of the time) and appreciate a quiet home life in the sense that I’m not suited to a party house or a home where there’s a constant flurry of visitors. I tend to take my socialising outside of the home so again, you wouldn’t need to worry about a constant stream of visitors.
