50-year-old professional seeking long-term ensuite

I’m Neil, 50, a freelance web developer with 27 years’ experience. I’m looking for a quiet, comfortable place to rent long-term (minimum 12 months) around Ash, Aldershot, or Guildford.

I’ve owned my own home for over 20 years and still have a mortgage, so I know how to look after a property and pay bills on time. I work from home part of the week, but I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with.
