Room Wanted for a PhD Student

Looking for a studio, en-suite or 1 bed flat for the next two years of my PhD study. I'm clean and tidy and I'll be expecting the same from my housemates if I'm having any. I'll be busy on campus most of the time but will make sure to have some nights out to ease my PhD a bit. I'm a smoker, so smoking places will be preferable. properties with bills included are also favored.
