Hello, am looking for a double room, preferably didsbury or chorlton. Ideally ensuite

I am tidy and respectful person, I'm very clean and super considerate of noise, and would like to live with people who are respectful in the same way .

I have a decent income £2000+ a month .

As a person I'm down to earth , funny and open minded . I prefer to live with people who enjoying spending some time socialising together, like occasional walk, film, boardgame.

Not looking for a party house, still really enjoy going to the occasional party , gigs , odd pub trips/meals out. Just don't want the party bringing home.

I'm a musician, I go to a lot of gigs , I love the outdoors and go hiking and downhill mountain biking when I can , go gym regularly, love to climb.

I also like gaming, love chess, skateboarding , travelling
