I’m a young professional. My primary job is as the project manager of an lgbt music research project. I’m also a songwriter and lead singer of a glam punk band and a country band, both whom I’ve very busy with so i travel quite a bit (especially over festival season) for gigs etc.

In my downtime I like to write music, either on piano or acoustic guitar. Also love going for big walks, swimming in the sea, yoga & meditation (stinky hippie stuff but I do wash I promise haha) and meeting new people (and animals). Also love cooking yummy meals, having a good giggle and a chit chat over a cuppa tea and jamming with buddies (did I mention I love music?)

I’ve been living in a wonderful shared house Cardiff for 4 years on a long term tenancy but looking at moving back to a quieter life.

Ideally would like somewhere that I can feel at peace for writing and walks when I’m home from playing shows or travelling about. Nice garden and some good nature spots would be perfect! Can be rural or semi rural (spots like dinas powys are ideal as they’re an in between but super rural with transport would be magic…if not a miracle). Really not interested in living in a city centre anymore, I’m craving birdsongs!

I don’t drive so need public transport links under 40/30min walk (to the station/bus stop) from the property ideally with links going towards Cardiff.
Happy to considered a room in a shared household, a 1 bed property or a whole property with multiple rooms (as I can find tenants to join me).

I am lgbt (I’m the b & t) so important that if it’s a shared house people are accepting of this. Totally happy to live with humans of any sexuality, gender, mother tongue, age, ability, whatever! If you’re a nice human, sorted.

Happy to grab coffee or a pint with potential roomies if it’s a shared house.

Also have recently ended my tenancy (as was meant to move into a cottage which ended up getting sold :( ) so packed up and ready to move whenever!
