25 y/o professional looking for cool houseshare

Hey hey!

I’m Tim, 25, and run a tech consulting business which I founded three years ago.

I grew up in Fulham and have spent the last two years living in Cape Town. I’ve just got back to London last month hence the new flat search! Looking to move late July/early August.

I’m easy going, social and keen on meeting new people. As I run my own company I spend a lot of time working (mostly at our office/co-working plus 1 day/week at home), or am out and about around London for meetings or at events pitching but also make time for the gym and going out. Super keen on staying active, working out, (mostly boxing) but also gym and running. Trying to grow my creative side so have been going to a lot of fashion/art events recently.

Occasional smoker so don’t mind if you do, and also open to pets if you have any as long as we can keep the house tidy and clean.

Don’t have a female/male preference but what’s important to me is to live with someone who’s driven and focused on their career, as I am.

Ideally I'm looking to join an existing house-share as I'd like to move sooner rather than later.
