• Always clean after themselves 🚽 It not nice to close and leave surprises💩 in the toilet for others.
• is considerate by cleaning up after cooking and does not leave dirty dishes 🍛🍽️overnight in the sink in a shared kitchen. You know someone else may need to use the kitchen and cleaning the kitchen after cooking helps prevent mice and others stuffs🦠🐁.
• Does not bring parties at home in a shared house, as renting a room in a shared house requires consideration of differing schedules and the need for rest.🙏
• Does not play loud music, I personally like listening to meditation music in the morning and I do use headphones, 1 because I do not want to disturb others and 2 because other people may not like my music🎧.
• Does not invite strangers to stay overnight. Because I believe that inviting strangers from dating apps to sleep over in a shared house can compromise the safety of everyone in the household⛑️.
• Respects personal boundaries and avoid being intrusive whenever is possible. We can be friendly and respectful at the same time.
• Knows that taking someone’s belongings without permission is stealing.🥷
• Someone who likes taking care and cleaning the space they live in. I strongly believe that Cleanness and tidiness bring positive energies.🧘
• Considerate when using the washing machine. I believe that is not nice to keep a washing machine busy in a shared house and go to work, to sleep or simply go out, because someone else may need to use it at any time.

As Adults it will be nice to be able to afford a home but unfortunately, we all know how London works.

My name is Helene I am a Dual citizen Ivorian- Italian.
I have been in London for 6 years now and the most difficult part of being in London has been to find a place to call home.
Until about 2 and half years ago I found a place that felt finally like home because we respect each other’s. However, our house was recently sold, so now I am searching for a new place to call home.
I am a multi-tasking being I work as host in hospitality, and I do Digital Marketing freelancing on the side, and I am a Qualified fitness and personal trainer.
I am looking for a double or single room in a 3 bedroom or less house with space for a desk and morning exercises.
I am super easy-going person, but I most of the time I like to keep myself for myself and I prefer to surround myself with people who have discipline and positive mindset.
I do not have a busy social life but instead a busy work schedule so when I am at home, I just want a quiet, clean, and safe space to rest and recharge.
I do like wine, solo travelling, museums, and food from the globe. I am happy to hang out or share a glass of wine with the write flatmates.
THINGS I DO NOT DO:
Party at home? no thanks unless we all agree on doing something together for a flatmate birthday or feasts.
Every day long cooking? Nope I like quick and easy meals. Or I cook for the week.
Religions? Nope I am spiritual I believe in myself and the universe. I am open minded I respect all humankind and believes.
