Looking for place in Colchester

I'm looking for a place to rent in Colchester as soon as possible. Somewhere in the Hythe or Old Heath area is preferable but anywhere else is an option as long as it is within a 30 minute walk of the town centre. My budget will be about ?400pcm which is open to negotiation but cannot go higher than ?500. Already furnished is preferred due to limited funds. I am tidy by nature and get along well with anyone so will be the perfect housemate
