Secondary School Teacher and Dog looking for Home

Hi, I'm looking for a room / property to rent in the local area. I am a secondary school maths teacher and come along with a wonderfully behaved dog, Loki. He is medium sized and a beagle/lurcher cross. He is very well trained and has never damaged anything within the home and remains in his crate when home alone (this actually makes him feel safe!)
I am very organised and also keep on top of jobs around the house, especially involving Loki.
