Professional Female seeks a double room

I am a professional female aged 32 looking for a double room. I am available to move from 22/01/2020 and have a budget of ?360pcm for rent. I would prefer to share with females ideally between 28 and 35 years old but I?m open minded. I am self employed and as such tend to work from home for at least 2 full days and 3 half days a week. The other times of the work week, I?ll be out at my studio teaching singing! I?m not a party animal, and I tend to like entertaining friends & family at home rather than being out all the time. I?m considerate, friendly and reliable and amazing at making cups of tea and roast chicken. Seriously, they?re my super powers.
