I appreciate a landlady/landlord who understands and appreciates that as I work during the week it is imperative to have a good night rest and will respect not making too much noise at night.

I am respectful private, easy to get along with, and will respect your privacy, though happy to chat and socialize too. I would appreciate the option of staying at the weekends.
