House share with live-in landlord/landlady

Hi, I?m looking to share a house in a peaceful, friendly environment. Preferably with an en-suite or with live-in landlord/landlady, less is more as I?m looking for someone/something quiet. I am a very conscientious, quietly confident, sociable person who makes a good companion. I don?t have a car presently but can and do drive occasionally so a parking is useful albeit not essential. I enjoy cycling and my preference would be for somewhere semi rural and close to bus and / or rail routes. Happy to answer any questions via the website or through a viewing.
