39 year old female, hard working professional. I work from home twice a week :) . I am very respectful of privacy and keeping a tidy space so I clean up after myself. I am a really relaxed person despite having a fairly challenging job and I have a genuinely friendly nature. I like easy, low pressure socialising like movies, games, dinners or the odd cocktail night with a couple of friends. I’d like to share with just one person because I think that allows more space for both. I’d love someone who is clean and respectful, easy going and funny with decent morals and is trustworthy. Maybe the odd dinner together or movie but totally ok to just slip into our own rooms on nights when we want without any pressure.
Ideally I’d like to buddy up and get a decent place in Edgbaston or St Paul’s square in the city. I have a 2 year contract so I’d be happy to get the property and rent out a room if easier or we can share from the start and choose somewhere we both like.
