Looking for flat in SE/E london

Hello! I’m looking for a new place in SE or East London to call home. I can move in any time from dec 6 <3
I’m a journalist and writer (FT employment) working for national press. I’m sociable and v easygoing to live with. I’m tidy and clean, houseproud, and I come with a TV, lots of plants , rugs + an incredible coffee machine (can be in the common area if desired but fine to put in my space if not!)
I’m looking to live with tidy, laid back people who have their own lives — but someone I can be friends with would be amazing, so ppl who are happy to socialise as a flat on occasion too would be great. I’m kind and considerate, and I’m a great ear to listen to your woes at the end of a long day !!!

In my spare time I like to make clothes, paint, read and write, as well as go to gigs and pubs etc in Peckham.
