A female academic looking for an authentic room

Thank you for reading my profile.

I will be working as a Lecturer at De Montfort University soon and am looking for a room to rent. Ideally, I would like to share a house or flat with professionals (no more than 2). If possible, I need a room with big windows as there is where my writing desk could be.

I am clean, quiet, considerate but also enjoy a civilised social dinner over a glass of wine.

After moving around the country up and down, I am quite light nowadays. No furnitures, not many books any longer, neither records.

I am also willing to look after your library in return and was told that I am a good company.

I travel internationally several times a year for work/research/conferences.

Otherwise, I like to read, go to the cinema, theatre, exhibition and walk in the nature.

I am a Stanley Kubrick fan and that is why I am choosing this location.
