Wanted: rental for female professional

Hello, due to work I am needing to find a Room/home within Swansea/neath area . I am a professional who is seeking accommodation for myself but also with the mindset that my 11 year old will be staying in my room every other weekend and in the holidays. Looking for a room that doesn’t need a deposit ideally, but will settle for a small one if the room is right. Happy to place a deposit on a flat/house sole use. Clean, quiet person who will mostly only be sleeping in the room in the property as I am working, but will be in the room on my days off.
