Professional Female seeks a double room in flat

Hi All...

I am a professional female looking for a double room in a flat share.
I am clean and tidy (but not to OCD levels) and it's really important me that my new flatmate or mates are too. I would like to find more of a home than just a temporary stop off.

My ideal flatmate would be easy going, who likes to have a catch up after work at times (maybe over wine..), have the odd Netflix binge but are respectful of others privacy too....oh and also a non-smoker!

My ideal apartment or house would be fairly modern, maintained well by the landlord/tenants...and a dishwasher is always a bonus! :)
