Hello. I am currently looking for a place for a fresh start, for around £450 with bills included in the rent. Been drifting for a while and need to get myself a stable environment to re-find my peace.
I have no preference in housemates, and would be fine in a single room. I am also a hobbyist musician but will keep the noise to a minimum! I’m out a lot of the time watching live music and tend to be super quiet when I am at home.
Unfortunately cannot supply a landlord reference, but am entitled to housing benefit and will be able to guarantee payment!
