Professional Male seeks double room

I am a performer aged 26 looking for a double room in Manchester.

I am, by profession a theatre performer. As I can't be in the physical workplace at the moment, I now record singing videos to be posted online. As such I will, at times, have to sing for the purpose of recording videos. As I do in my current flat, I always make sure this never disrupts the lifestyle/workflow of the person/s I'm living with. I confirm such recordings with my flatmates before approving any bookings.

Otherwise, I am a somewhat quiet person. I tend to spend a lot of my time listening to music or writing in my room.

I strive toward keeping a clean living environment. Washing dishes, taking out the bins, and passing a broom every once in a while are things my parents have instilled into me and I cannot forget.

I am able to move any time after the 24th of April and have a budget of £650pcm. I would be open to sharing with males or females of any age, especially if they're able to accommodate my recordings.
