I am a female aged 26 looking for a single room.
My credit score is 491 (150) points away from being “fair”. I think the score is low due to my age and for not having a loan out before until recently. I got a loan for £400 due to mum needing a Skip to get rid of electronics and furniture, it’ll help build my credit score too so I’m hoping when that’s paid off it’ll increase much more.
My mother Tara will be my Guarantor because I’ve lived in Cheddington for 2 years but before then I lived with a partner and their mother at the time ; for 2 years. I can’t ask for a landlord reference because we don’t have any connection as it’s been 2 years but my mother is happy to guarantor me. I work at G Grace & Son in Tring I’ve been there for over a year now so looking for a place ideally in Tring so it’s easier to commute and friends and family are local too.
In my spare time I like to cycle to see friends, I watch SMX Motorcross and Formula 1 and play a few console games but I get bored and veg out watching Netflix most of the time.
