Friendly Irish Female Seeks Happy Chill Housemates

Hi, after 4 years living in Finsbury Park, my landlord has decided not to renew the lease, so I'm on the hunt for a new home from home :)

About me:
This is my fifth country to live in (Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK) I love to travel and meet new people. I'm originally from Dublin, Ireland. I'm working full time, Mon to Fri, for a flexible office space provider. I do a mix of WFH and from our offices.

I'm really social so I'm often out and about doing something - dinners, theatres, gigs, walks, occasional disco/dance parties or festivals (Secret Garden Party/Lost Village etc). I love experiencing all that London has going on. I also love napping.

Random things that make me happy:
Wombats, disco balls, mountains

I'm looking for some chill, housemates to share a glass of wine with in the evenings and chat about life. I like things to be nice, clean and tidy. I also value privacy and downtime.

Ideally would love:
1st October move in but flexible
Decent size room
Lots of natural light
Outdoor garden/balcony
On a quiet road
Max 2 to 3 housemates
