Double room in North /East London suburbs

Hello, My name is Peter and I'm a self-employed, trustworthy,54-year-old male. I work installing bathrooms and kitchens, painting and decorating and handyman. For almost a year now, I've been kept busy working on 7 different houses on the same street in Walthamstow. I'm very clean and tidy, can easily socialize and have been renting for decades.
Ideally I would like a Large, double room preferably en-suite.
Previously, I was renting for 8 years with a single mother, teenage son, two cats and a dog in an Edwardian house. I was able to give the house a little TLC, when needed.
