Looking for a single/double room

I gotta be out my current place in august so i'm looking ideally for a studio/double room, but I'm open to a single room (I got's instruments ya see)

no short lets pls. I'm tryna build for at least a year ygm?

that in mind, I'm not obnoxious with noise, (but I do cook up that heat in the stu) with the self tape to do here n there, I clean up after myself, I'm mostly a homebody to be honest, but I do like to go out here and there, and I'm pretty chilled guy in general.
