Professional seeking Double Room in Clapham Common

Hey, I’m Charlotte and I’m a 30 year old Fitness professional who has lived in Clapham Common for the last 4 years and is looking to stay in SW London for work.

During the week I train private clients in Clapham, Chelsea and Wandsworth and teach group Pilates, Barre and Reformer classes at Equinox, 1Rebel and ReformCore. I am also a qualified back pain specialist, so any niggles, I’ve got you covered! Perks of having me as your housemate include free fitness classes at these studios…

Outside of work I love to cook (create impressive charcuterie boards), see my friends, slow Sundays, films and enjoy many a pizza and Campari spritz. I also have a little car that I keep down in London with me, so off road or permit parking is needed.

I’m a sociable and friendly flatmate, but also super clean and very respectable of everyone’s space, personal items, downtime and sleep. I am looking for a place to call home rather than just a room to rent. ❤️

I am ideally looking for a quiet (my single glazing days are over 😂), large, bright double room with good storage, in Clapham, Battersea Power Station or Balham which is close walking distance to the underground/train and nicely decorated. I sometimes train clients online ( 9-11am Mon - wed), so I am also looking for a bedroom big enough to roll a mat out in/ or an external space (living room/office etc) I can do this in.
