Professional Female seeks a single or double room

I am a female professional; registered nurse, aged 32 looking for double room. I am available to move from 01/2022 and have a budget of £600pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age.
Preferably females with similar interests.
I am new to the area and would like to share with people of similar interests.
I am quite big on been tidy and clean so someone who is mindful and respectful of that is a big importance to me.

BUDDY UP = I am looking preferably for females of a similar age or younger or older just as long as we can get on well.
My interestes include; going to the gym, music, socialising, beach days when its nice weather :) , cooking.
I am a full time registered nurse so I will have to work the odd night shift here and there.
As mentioned I am big on cleanliness and been tidy. If I have cleaned the hosue just be respectful and clear away after yourself.
I am looking to find someone with similar interests who don't mind watching some reality tv and to socialise with.
I don't just want to live with someone who comes and goes, i'd rather get along with them and hang out now and then.
