Looking for a cosy space :)

Hi all, myself and my flat-mate are looking for two rooms in London, ideally with a move-in date at the end of February and onwards. We are not in any rush to get out of our current place, we just want somewhere that's closer to a tube station so we can both get to work more easily!

We are pretty open minded on location - as long as it's within Zone 3 and is within walking distance from a tube station. Our limit is £900 each with bills included.

We know it can be difficult to find 2 rooms somewhere, so we are also open to living individually and being friends rather than room mates in our new ventures.

A lil bit about us: Juan is 29 and I am very nearly 30, and we are both young professionals working in the marketing and charity sector. We are searching for a cosy, friendly and welcoming environment to call our home. We love having a chat over a glass of wine and a movie or games night, but also enjoy some time and space to ourselves – particularly if we’ve had a long day at work. We would love to live with people who aren’t just our room mates but who we can call friends too. We are both clean and tidy, as well as pretty level headed and chilled out. We won't be bringing any pets ourselves but have no opposition to living with one. We are also both queer and POC friendly :)
