ROOM 6 months minimum

I'm Sarah, I'm 24. I'm about to finish my 6 months Internship in an e-commerce company based here in Portsmouth. Luckily I've been hired and I've signed my contract for a full-time position as a Business Analyst. I can provide you with a reference and my contract to check my "solvability" as a tenant.

I'm sociable and SUPER clean. I allocate most of my time working and learning. (up to 70 hours a week).
In other words, I would be quite like a ghost.

Here is my list of conditions for the ideal room.
- ONLY DEPOSIT + RENT FEES
(no tax or agent or any additional fees)

- DOUBLE ROOM + EN SUITE
(If I don't have my own bathroom no need to contact me)

- MODERN LARGE ROOM (16 m2 at least)
