Writer needs to work in Medway office: March 2025

I'm an author / writer currently working remotely for a Medway-based video games company but would like to work more from the office in Chatham.

Looking for properties within walking or cycling distance of the Historic Dockyard. Gillingham, Chatham or Rochester ideally but will consider options as far as Maidstone, Rainham or Strood.

I am a regular short / medium-term Airbnb guest, with 29 flawless reviews available on request as well as references for two longer term lets and my employer.

I can view properties in Jan & Feb 2025 as I will be based in Kent during that time. I'm looking for somewhere to move to once that arrangement has ended (they are selling up end of Feb).

Essentials: Bills incl (though I'm happy to provide my own internet arrangements) / Access to a bathroom and kitchen / Furnished, lockable bedroom (just a bed and mattress is acceptable).

Desired: High speed internet / Off Street Parking (open to paying for this) / Bike Storage / Working Desk and Wardrobe / Washing Machine.
