Professional Female seeks a double room

I am a professional female aged 32 seeking a double unfurnished room, with en-suite located within walking distance to Brighton or Hove station.

The important bit to mention is that I have a small dog (shes slightly smaller than a cat) who is house trained, very calm, cuddly and happy Jug (jack russell x Pug) who is great with meeting new people and loves her fellow cat and dog friends. Reggie would come to work with me. So she would never be left on her own.
My ex and I will be sharing her so, she would only be with me part-time.

I am available to move in from February and have a budget of ?700 to ?800 pcm.
I would prefer to share with females ideally between 25 and 35 years of age.

About me, I work in London Mon - Fri for an Architect company and co-own a coffee shop in the seven dials 'Salvage & Sawdust'.
I am a creative lady who enjoys her crafts, making and drinking espresso martinis! Spending time with like-minded kind people and taking Reggie for walks along the beach.

As my partner and I are separating, I would be looking to take some of my furniture with me, which I can send pictures of? But, if not right I will organise putting into storage.
