I'm actively looking to rent a relaxing 1 or 2-bed property within 30 minute car drive to Heathrow Airport.

I'm a Friendly, Clean, Tidy, Caring Professional working in the aviation industry. I enjoy keeping the place tidy, and take extra care looking after your property. I'm a non-smoker, enjoy exploring local areas, and trying to go to the Gym - tho I'd happily skip a gym session to go for a coffee or dinner 😄
🏡 What am I looking for?
I'm on the hunt for a quiet, relaxing flat or annex property that offers a peaceful rest after returning from work. My work hours can seem very irregular (working all sorts of hours from earlies/lates/weekends/public holidays). My work involves travelling and many nights away so I'm a very light user of energy. My Primary address will remain up North where my family home is. Location is key, as I need to be within a short driving commute to Heathrow Airport - 30mins maximum by car. Starting on the 30th of April, I'm eager to secure a rental arrangement that I hope can continue for some time.
🚗 My Needs:
I have my own car and require allocated off-street parking for convenience and peace of mind. Whilst I'm primarily looking for a self-contained single occupancy place, I would consider a small flat share if it's got the right vibe. Ensuite or own bathroom is essential. Simplified renting with bills included in the monthly payment is preferred. I have no pets. I have met some fantastic flatmates from previously renting, so If you have a 2 bedroom place then I may be able to help finding other suitable tenants for you. I haven't got any furry friends or significant others so it's just me at the moment.
🌍 A Glimpse into My Life:
On my days off (between washing/ironing/repacking suitcases) I love to venture into London to watch shows/concerts/evenings-out or travel back up north to spend time with Family and Friends. Whenever I travel back home I always leave the place clean and tidy and switch off all non-essential items. So, your property will be well cared for, even when I'm not there.
