Room/Flat/Small Apartment Wanted Short Term

I am a professional looking for a room or small self contained accommodation to rent on a month by month basis. I expect to be living in the accommodation for at least 3 months (although this could be less) and possibly up to 12 months.
I would consider renting a small apartment (with bills included)
I will likely be in the property approximately 50-60% of the time, as I will be travelling back home on my days off work.
I am tidy, friendly and sociable, however I do also like my own space to relax and unwind.
I love animals, so any pets would be a pleasure to be around :)
