Double room wanted

A very friendly, clean, active, non-smoking and easy-going professional who is moving to Scotland(early December) from London is looking for a large double room, en-suite or studio flat or 1 bedroom flat.
An ideal shared household would preferably be with a living room, but no living room wouldn't be a deal-breaker if the room and the rest of the property are pretty spacious.
Listed areas are desirable, however I'm open to any good offers.
P. S. I do have quite a few pieces of furniture so it doesn't have to be a fully furnished room. A bed and a decent wardrobe should be absolutely fine :-)
