Professional Male seeks a double room

I am a professional male aged 37 looking for a double room with en suite would be preferred. I am available to move from 01/02/2020 and have a budget of ?600pcm. I have a 3 year old son who will visit ever other weekend with overnight stays on some of those weekends. I am only looking for a 6 month Contract initial and it there was access to a garage would be beneficial.
