Project Manager looking for a room

I am a professional male starting a new job in Ammanford from 8th February. I'm seeking local lodgings (at least Monday-Friday) as the role is not commutable from my house in South East Wales.

I'm looking for a single or double room in the areas specified with a budget of £650pcm maximum (all bills included). I'm ideally looking to rent a room amongst fellow professionals with a live-in landlord/lady.

I'd describe myself as easy going, tidy, clean, generally quiet but sociable and I'm very considerate towards those I live with.

As far as my preferences go, I have my own car so access to public transport is not a priority but easy parking is a must (preferably off-street). Otherwise, my requirements are fairly straight forward. Somewhere peaceful, with a good internet connection, TV in a communal area etc.

I am also able to provide references.
