I?m a 24-year-old male. I am just about to graduate with an MA in philosophy, and am moving to York to find work. I don?t currently have a job, but in the interim period my parents are able and willing to pay my rent. I would prefer a house withing 20 minutes walking distance of Fishergate (York), because I have several friends who live in that area and wish to be able to visit them easily.
I am friendly and introverted, and have an undergraduate degree in philosophy, and about to have an MA in philosophy. I love animals, but don't have any pets of my own. I am looking for flatmates who are NOT party-animals, and who are preferably postgraduate students/working professionals around my age. I am LGBTQ, so am looking for tolerant and understanding housemates.
