Room in a friendly professional flat in SW or near

Heya! I'm a 37 yo professional looking for a new home due to existing contract ending. Looking for a good-sized room in a friendly house share, preferably with a mix of socializing with the housemates and having time on our own :)

- move-in date ideally October 6th but latest in the end of October
- areas in SW (Battersea, Clapham, Tooting, Wandsworth, Brixton) or nearby
- I do hybrid work, at the office usually 2 days a week and WFH 3 days a week, so this would need to be okay. Looking for a good sized room with space for a desk and enough storage for my (too many) clothes and books.
- budget max £1400 a month
- ideally en-suite, shared living room, outdoor space - the usuals that everyone wants!

About me:
I'm originally from Finland, working with clients in one tech company. In my spare time, I like to meet friends, explore London, travel, read, do some sports, go to events/parties, enjoy outdoors and long walks etc. Other interests include sailing, architecture & interior design, world news etc. I'm quite active on weekends and like to go out with friends every now and then but during the week I'm pretty chilled!

What I'm looking for:
I hope to live with professionals in a friendly house, where we could chat about big and small things in life, pop into the local pub occasionally and watch trash on TV on Sunday nights - but naturally respecting everyone's privacy and own live. I like to keep my home tidy and organized but I also use common sense and a cup in a sink is not the end of the world :) I hope to find a place that truly feels like a home and not just a house share to store people overnight. I'm used to living with both male and female housemates and have made some good friends with them in the past so I'd say I'm easy going and cool housemate to live with :) I'm okay with guests and pets and the usual stuff that's part of our lives!
