Wanting to rent a room or a house with a buddy up

Looking for a room, I'd consider a buddy up with the right person in order to get a better place.

Also id want a parking space 🤷🏻‍♂️

Both Chilled out and socialble depending on the environment
Not too picky where as I can be flexible.
Ideally near a gym to shift the lockdown timber.
I Work alot and I'm Up north most weekends.
