Rooms needed by professional

We are couple husband and wife looking for a room.
We are 40 years old, purposeful and without bad habits, looking to rent a room in North Wales. The wife is a very creative person, she like nature very much, she works online as a psychologist, she is an activist who helps fight garbage and potholes on the roads, and does volunteer work.
We love to travel, especially the to sea side, we dream of leaving Manchester to a quiet place. I previously worked as a builder, currently I'm a driver, smoking meat is my hobby and in the future we plan to open our own restaurant.
