Man with Cat (Poppet!)

Looking for a room ideally double but could settle for single in the right home. Preferably unfurnished.

I have Poppet and he’s a very affectionate indoor cat (litter trained-can go in my room or bathroom aren’t fussed) so I need flatmates that will accept and love him.

I’m liberal (🏳️‍⚧️🇵🇸) and bisexual, having a safe home is priority for me and I’ll do my best to ensure that extends to you.

I’m tidy, considerate, can be loud if you lot get rowdy but otherwise quite quiet, I use headphones to reduce noise, I’m very hygienic and would like general tidiness and good hygiene but I’m not gonna berate you if you aren’t perfect, everyone needs space to be messy sometimes.

I skate on the seafront and the streets of Brighton so you may have seen me before, I’m friendly and approachable (people pleaser past lol), love a film or quiet nights.

Money wise I’m pretty flexible up to around £800 including bills, I have a car and am planning to be a driving instructor, parking isn’t essential but would help.

Moving date is flexible! I am on a monthly rolling contract in a studio flat and can give a months notice.
