I’m currently looking for a room/studio, in or surrounding Watford.

A bit about me. Tom :)
Ive recently turned 30 male. I work in Health Technology, I like to cook and bake (mainly pasta style dishes). I’m a bit of a nerd when it comes to geeking out over TV series and video games (I play video games a lot)

I’m also LGBTQIA+ (gay) so if you’re cool with that, keep reading!

I like to have casual drinks so would love to be in a sociable household. I work a hybrid schedule so I will be in and out of the property.

About the room I would ideally like.
(Not limited to, just preference)

Close to a train station
Can fit a desk in
En-suite, but no tiebreaker
If I can put a TV on the wall is a bonus.
Somewhere to store my clothes.

About my flat mates.
- I’m pretty easy going, I hope you are too
- clean, help out and get the work done
- I come home late sometimes, I make minimal noise, but I don’t want a curfew.
- sometimes would host friends for dinner and drinks (welcome to join)
- someone who doesn’t mind being sociable too!
