Annexe/Flat/Private Landlord Kendal, Cumbria

My fiance, kitten and myself are looking for somewhere to live in Kendal, Cumbria. We would be really interested in a Private Landlord with a spare Annexe or something of the sort (So not actually a spare room/shared house). We are both working full time (in Kendal) and have a good income between us. But, struggling to find somewhere through an agency due to a bad credit score... We have good references from 2 private landlords previously and are desperate to find somewhere thats our own space (currently living with fiance's parents which we LOVE, but too small for all of us). We can give guarantors. We are hardworking, kind and down-to-earth people, who just want a happy, stress-free life like the rest of us.
